WHITE FIRE
Featuring Diane Avio-Augee & p:ear Youth Artists
Opening Reception: Thursday, November 3rd, 6-9pm

Diane Avio-Augee, a graduate of Pacific Northwest College of Art, share White Fire her latest painting series. Referring to the brilliance of light emitted from a star, Avio-Augee, transposes this not just through color, but through her precise brushwork creating life, movement, and paralleling the constant flows of the universe. These abstract forms within the paintings are derived from the spiral while integrating with Avio-Augee's previous work, building cohesion from her perceptions.
We will also be joined by Matt Zeltzer, who is an independent alt-country soul-folk songwriter from Ventura, Ca, on a national tour in support of his new EP "Desert Tortoise." Touring the west coast as a solo act, showcasing a sound developed in part by trips to Nashville, Memphis and the Mississippi Delta, and five years spent living in Portland. Join us this First Thursday!
