If you've ever meet p:ear's executive director Beth, you know that she's an enthusiastic cyclist. More than enthusiastic, in fact she's pretty darn fast. On most fall Saturdays, you'll find her either working at p:ear or racing cyclocross at the local Cross Crusade race series. The Cross Crusade, one of the biggest (if not the biggest) cyclocross series in North America hosts over 1200 racers at various venues around Portland. And Cross Crusade owners Brad and Melodie Ross are also p:ear supporters. If you've ever been curious to watch cyclists ride through mud, gravel, sand and snow, come out and cheer on Beth at the Cross Crusade at the Portland International Raceway next Sunday, October 24th. She'll love it!
